Data deletion

To delete the data the assistant holds about you (your messages, answers, and any phone number or email you gave):

1. Email hello@replyrpm.com with the subject "Delete my data", and include the name you use on Facebook and the dealership Page you messaged.
2. We confirm by email and delete your records within 30 days.

You can also remove the app's access from Facebook: Settings & privacy, Settings, Apps and websites, then remove it. Messages you sent to a Page or Instagram account stay in that account's inbox, which the dealership controls. If you messaged a dealership on Instagram, include your Instagram username in the email.
