It replies to comments with a private message, then asks a few short questions on Messenger, one at a time: what they want, when, new or used, trade, where they are.

Price, payment, stock and "can I come see it" questions are emailed to your reps with the customer's exact words and a link to the conversation.
On a comment
- Someone comments a question on your post.
- The assistant replies "Sent you a message!" publicly and sends one private Messenger message with a single short question.
- Comments that are just emoji or tags are counted, not answered, unless you turn greetings on. Complaints are never auto-answered: a person is emailed instead.
On Messenger
- A greeting in your dealership's name within a couple of minutes, any time of day.
- Short questions one at a time: which unit, timeframe, new or used, trade, town, best time to call.
- At the end it offers a call and stores the number for your rep.
When a rep is needed
Price, payment, stock, trade value and visit questions are emailed to the right rep word for word. The customer is told a person is on it. Your rep replies from the Page Inbox or the dashboard.
Meta's rules, built in
- Messenger allows replies within 24 hours of the customer's last message: the assistant sends one gentle nudge, never after the window.
- One private reply per comment, within 7 days.
- Likes and reactions can't be messaged; they're counted.
- No credit or approval wording.
