Terms of service
These terms cover the use of the ReplyRPM sales assistant by dealerships ("you") and the people who message them.
The service
The assistant answers comments and Messenger conversations on your Facebook Page, asks short qualifying questions, and forwards customers to your staff. It does not quote prices, confirm stock, approve financing or make promises; your staff do that.
Your responsibilities
- You connect only Pages you are authorised to manage, and you follow Meta's Platform Terms and Messenger policies.
- You keep your dashboard password private and tell us when a rep leaves.
- Your staff answer the customers the assistant hands to them.
Availability
We aim for the service to be available at all times but do not guarantee it. Meta can change or limit its platform at any time, which can affect the service.
Ending the service
You can disconnect at any time by removing the app from your Page settings (Business integrations) or asking us. We then stop processing and delete your data within 30 days.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
